T3C SERVICES | TEXAS CHILD-CENTERED CARE
Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) is a statewide redesign of foster care services focused on delivering the right level of care, at the right time, based on each child or youth’s individual needs.
1 Care Premier Services has been issued interim inactive credentials under the T3/T3C model and is actively preparing to deliver credentialed services as Texas completes the transition to full implementation. Our teams are aligning programs, staff training, policies, and quality assurance standards to meet DFPS expectations and best support children, youth, and families.
We are also in the planning and development phase for Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) / Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Support Services to further expand specialized care options.
